VeganCookingForOne small

Vegan cooking for one - Leah Leneman

Ideal for beginners, the recipes are quick and easy.

This cookbook is organised by seasons and by week, with a shopping list at the front of each week if you want a vegan cooking "coach". This is a book for everyday life of busy people who don't want to spend ages in the kitchen. A number of the recipes are "something" served on toast, however they can easily be served on a grain if preferred, like brown rice/bulgur/buckwheat.

Easy Vegan Cooking - Leah Leneman.

It is full of easy recipes, many, many, many of them. No pictures in this book, but the name of the recipe is what you get. An easy favourite is the tahini pasta bake.

Vegan Baking Classics - Kelly Rudnicki

Delicious, easy-to-make traditional favourites. THE vegan baking book. From muffins to pies, cupcakes, pancakes, cookies, breads, waffles and doughnuts, it contains quick, easy and delicious simple recipes for about every type of classic baking.

However its from an American writer, so you wont find trifle or Bakewell tart. The writter, Kelly Rudnicki, is a mother whose child was diagnosed with life-threatning allergies to egg, dairy and nuts. She took it as her mission to convert all her mother's baking recipes so that her kid can have the same childhood experiences with baking that she did herself as a kid.

Mission accomplished!
